You retain full ownership of every photo you upload. We don't claim any rights to your work.

By uploading, you're giving us permission to process your photos through our AI system to provide feedback. That's it – we won't use your photos for anything else.

Your photos are private and only visible to you. We never share them publicly or use them to train AI models.

ContactSheet.ai is offered on a free tier and paid subscription tiers, described on our Pricing page. Feature availability and limits may change; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid subscribers.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, your purchase contract is with Paddle, not directly with us – Paddle handles billing, invoicing, tax, and payment collection on our behalf. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a period, except as described below.

If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. Because your subscription gives you instant access, this right ends early once you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you're giving up your withdrawal right – Paddle collects this consent as part of checkout. If you didn't give that consent, you can request a full refund within 14 days at hello@contactsheet.ai. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of your country of residence.

ContactSheet.ai is in active development. Features may change. Specific functionality is not guaranteed to remain available.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI feedback will be accurate in every case.

AI-generated feedback is educational. It is not a substitute for professional critique or mentorship.

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of protections granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

For merchants, and where legally permitted, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
